BCBG in Vegas
BCBG in The Venetian in Las Vegas. I took pictures of these windows because they really caught my eye and I love them.

Granted they are not window that are just fashion accessories but I decided to post them anyways. I love the entire esthetic of these two windows I think BCBG utilized a lot of trends that are currently in fashion, they did big heavy cuffs, all white, huge over-the-top necklaces, and also the windows have a kind of delicate vintage vibe that is very in right now are well.
As for the future I have noticed a trend that when the clothes are softer and more delicate the jewelry is harder and visa vera so in two years the jewelry may go back to more delicate simple pieces.

The article is about the disappointing gem and diamond budget for the country and a new tax applied to jewelry made from gold silver and other precious metals.
There is now a need to find a potential alternative to gems?
According to WGSN.com, Some Mumbai designers are switching to silverware for intricate adornments.
Using recycled resources is going to be a trend we see here as well. It is not just recycled cottons and paper but old jewelry, antique silverware, excess beads. Manufacturer's will be utilizing a different technique that resembles more DIY jewelry.
New York
These are just a few preliminary findings online of some New York hand bag displays.
Designers are looking forward into the technologic future to design handbags to accommodate all those ipads, notebooks, kindles, etc. Shapes and sizes are changing for our function as well as our love for fashion.
High end designers, especially in New York are grouping items in displays. This hand bag matches the jewelry to complete a night at the opera or an event in the museum.
And of course Louis Vuitton plays with aesthetics to display ready to wear accessories appealing to the inner (or outer) traveler
